Salinko debunks death rumours, says it's a movie poster, photo goes viral
Salinko has cleared the air on his rumoured death hoax. Following the global success of a purported banner proclaiming his death, actor Abraham Davis, better known by his stage name Salinko, has reassured fans that he is well.
This is in response to his coworker Don Little posting a poster of Salinko that appeared to be a funeral announcement on social media. But the details about the 36-year-old Bantama Kwasi Boakye were “What a Shock.” Don Little also put three laughing emojis in his caption.
This should have told fans nothing was wrong, but some were still concerned, especially in light of the false identity. In a GHOne TV interview, Salinko explained the discrepancies in the details, stating that the poster is from the set of a TV show he is working on.
JoyNews detailed that he declared that one should ignore any report of his alleged passing. “As reported, I am not dead. We had to create a billboard for a scenario in the TV show we were filming where we had to announce my death.”
“Don Little posted it on his page, which went viral. I want to implore my loved ones and supporters to remain composed. However, if such plans exist, I revoke them in Jesus’ name, and they will never materialise,” he said.
