Afronita and Dancegod Lloyd thrills fans in Spain, the Ghanaian dancers amaze audience at festival
Afronita, Ghana’s dance sensation and her role model/mentor Dancegod Lloyd have thrilled their fans in Spain after an electrifying performance. The duo have yet again cemented the supremacy of Ghanaian dance culture in Europe after Afronita and Abigail’s incredible display of art and dance at the just ended Britain’s Got Talent.
On July 4, 2024, Ghanaian artists Afronita and Dancegod Lloyd took a plane to Spain to participate in the Oyofe Festival Volume 6. Fans were amazed by Afronita and Dancegod Lloyd’s amazing stage skills and coordination, so much so that they shared videos of their performance on TikTok. The festival was held in Spain.
They were shown dancing to an Amapiano mix in one video, and to Mr. Eazi’s (2018) song Akwaaba, which features Ghana’s GuiltyBeatz, Patapaa, and Pappy Kojo, in another featuring Nigerian singer. Afronita and her guru, Dancegod Lloyd, dressed alike for their performance. They had on colourful clothing, white trainers and white shirts.
The audience applauded and gave them a standing ovation after their performance, demonstrating how amazing it was. Allo Danny and Championrolie, a close friend of the dancers, were among the other Ghanaian dancers who travelled to Spain for the festival.
Numerous commenters praised and gave their performance excellent ratings for their performance. Others mentioned how the movie warmed their hearts to the point that they watched it multiple times. The friendship between the Afrostars kids dance academy and Dancegod Lloyd was also admired by others.
